Michelin Challenge Bibendum

Just as in the Paris 2006 event, a parade and exhibition was organized on Saturday 17 November, in the gleaming new district of Pudong, across the Huangpu River from downtown Shanghai. The parade in Pudong was organized on and around Century Avenue (Shiji Dadao), which links two important tourist landmarks: the Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai Science & Technology Museum.

Following the parade, all the vehicles and some exhibits from the Technological Exhibition Center were on display in the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, and this gave the general public an excellent chance to admire the latest and greatest clean and safe vehicles and technologies.
